Request Integration Hub

ServiceNow® Integration Hub enables you to build reusable integrations with third-party systems and call them from anywhere in the ServiceNow AI Platform. For example, you can request Integration Hub to call external systems using integration APIs from the Action Designer Script step, run the Script step on the ServiceNow® MID Server, and activate protocol steps like REST, SOAP, and PowerShell.

Workflow Studio is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that enables you to automate processes within a single instance. Without an Integration Hub subscription, you can use base system actions or steps, including the Script step, to manipulate records, send emails, trigger notifications, and perform operations within the instance. Request Integration Hub to automate and create integrations with external systems from the Workflow Studio interface.

• Integration Hub usage and subscription
  Choose a subscription package to build reusable integrations with third-party systems. Review the usage dashboard to determine the number of transactions used within your current subscription, and to view transaction details.
• Integration Hub subscription notifications
  Integration Hub displays an information message whenever you use a spoke, protocol, entitlement, or feature that requires an Integration Hub subscription. You can use this information to identify possible gaps between your planned Integration Hub usage and your current subscription entitlements.

  Integration Hub plugins require a separate subscription and must be activated by ServiceNow personnel.
