Configuring Integration Hub

Review and select an Integration Hub subscription package. Activate Integration Hub plugins and review usage and transaction details.

  • Request Integration Hub
    ServiceNow® Integration Hub enables you to build reusable integrations with third-party systems and call them from anywhere in the ServiceNow AI Platform. For example, you can request Integration Hub to call external systems using integration APIs from the Action Designer Script step, run the Script step on the ServiceNow® MID Server, and activate protocol steps like REST, SOAP, and PowerShell.
  • Integration Hub Usage Dashboard
    Get insights on the usage of Integration Hub data from the Integration Hub Usage Dashboard. For example, view the average number of monthly transactions in the last year or the data egress from Integration Hub via REST and SOAP API protocols.
