View a list of Zero Copy Connector for ERP systems

Check the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems list in Zero Copy Connector for ERP to view the heartbeats and retrieval status of your ERP systems.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_erp_integration.erp_admin

  • To create and modify ERP systems: sn_erp_integration.erp_admin
  • To view the ERP systems list: sn_erp_integration.erp_user

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Zero Copy Connector for ERP > Zero Copy Connector for ERP Home.

  2. Open the ERP systems list by selecting the systems icon

  1. Select a system Name.

  2. Check the retrieval and heartbeat information to confirm that the system has no connectivity issues.
