Cluster details performance metrics
The metrics provide the cluster details and Encryption status snapshot within the ServiceNow AI Platform®.
Cluster details
The cluster details page gives you the details of the cluster configuration for the selected instance. It provides the number of nodes, their types, names, status, and where they are hosted (primary and standby DC), and whether the instance is AHA (Advanced High Availability) enabled. If the instance is a sub-prod, you will not see a secondary DC as sub-prods are not failed over.
Diagnostic events information can be viewed by node, which can help troubleshoot problems.
Encryption status
Encryption status lists the status of the encryption service that has been availed and deployed for the db associated with the instance.
Important: Encryption status is not available in the Regulated Market.
