Impact Delivery Instance reference

The Impact Delivery Instance is the service provider for the Impact Store Application.

The Impact Delivery Instance serves as follows:

• Your Impact squad interactive space.
• Existing data from the Impact IDI is migrated at setup to the Impact Store Application to ensure that critical information is integrated within your ServiceNow instance.

Download Impact from the ServiceNow store to take advantage of the latest features directly in your instance- including new Platform Health tools! Refer to Install Impact for installation steps.

Note: The Impact Delivery Instance, [impact.servicenow.com] won't include new features.

Sync to the Impact Store Application

Use Guided Setup to connect your data from the Impact Delivery Instance. See Run Impact Guided Setup for details on the configuration.

  The Impact Delivery Instance is delivered to you with minimal technical configuration required. Many of the setup steps involve planning within your organization and with your Impact Squad.

• Benefits & Usage
  Impact Benefits & Usage allows you to quickly access and review the powerful tools available in your Impact subscription.
• Group Views
  Impact enables multiple stakeholder groups within your organization to lead their own digital transformation.
• Manage Initiative and Accelerator permissions
  Review and approve Initiative and Accelerator activities access using Manage Permissions.
• Request an Accelerator from IDI
  Depending on the Impact package that you are subscribed to, you can request and consume a designated number of concurrent Impact Accelerators, from the IDI.
• Objectives and Outcomes in Impact Delivery Instance
  The value management lifecycle starts with the creation of the Objectives and outcomes, which captures your objectives, which are high-level goals tied to measurable outcomes that help illustrate value over time.

  Your impact squad can work with you to calculate the operational or monetized value you have realized with ServiceNow in a Value Report.
