Enable Multi-Provider SSO for your ServiceNow instance

Ensure that Multiple Provider SSO is enabled and configured correctly for Care Team Portal to authenticate with Epic Hyperspace via Hyperdrive.

About this task

Note: The steps that follow assume that you have Multiple Provider SSO installed on your ServiceNow instance.

Procedure

1. Set your scope to Global.

2. Navigate to Multi SSO > Properties and fill in the fields as follows.

   • Set Enable multiple provider SSO to true.
   • Set Enable debug logging for the multiple provider SSO integration to true.
   • Select Save.
