Procedure
In the Operational rounding playbook, navigate to the Orchestraion case stage.
Fill in the following fields.

| Priority | The priority level of this healthcare orchestration case. Choices are: - 1 - Critical - 2 - High - 3 - Medium - 4 - Low |
| Service definition | For example, Care team safety assessment. For example, Care team safety assessment. |
| Requesting organization | The healthcare organization associated with this healthcare orchestration case requestor. |
| Requested by | The healthcare organization associated with this healthcare orchestration case requestor. |
| Supporting organization | The organization responsible for fulfilment. |
| Assignment group | The assignment group associated with this healthcare orchestration case. |
| Assigned to | The assignment group associated with this healthcare orchestration case. |
| Description | A detailed description of the work being requested. |
