Create assignment groups for Care Team Work Management

Associate assignment groups within your care team units so care team cases and tasks can be fulfilled.

About this task

Create assignment groups within each healthcare organization to control work distribution.

For example, you might add a "PICU Nurses" group or separate groups for day and night shifts.

Once created under the PICU healthcare organization, that group becomes available when assigning care team cases and tasks.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Healthcare Operations > Healthcare Organizations.

2. Select the healthcare organization that you want to associate an assignment group with.

3. In the Assignment Groups related list, select New.

4. On the Service Organization Assignment Group form, fill in the fields:
