Create a group for all location managers in Care Team Operations for Biomed

Create a group for location managers with the sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager role assigned so that users added to this group will inherit the collection of roles for Care Team Operations for Biomed.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > User Administration > Groups.

2. Select New.

3. In the name field, enter a name for your team member group.

4. Fill in the other fields as needed.

5. Navigate to the roles related list.

6. Click Edit.

7. Add the the sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager and sn_cto_biomed.loc_support_agent roles into the Roles List.

8. Click Save.

Result

A user group has been created for your location managers.
