Person status form
A person associated with an investigative case can be put in one of several statuses based on how they have responded to the case. The following table outlines the statuses that are available for a person entity when adding that person to a case.

| All | Active | Currently involved in the investigation |
| All | Non-Responsive | Attempts to contact have failed or party is not replying |
| All | Uncooperative | Engaged but unwilling to assist |
| All | Cooperative | Willing to assist or provide information |
| All | Unavailable | Temporarily unreachable \(e.g., hospitalized, deployed\) |
| All | Cleared | Determined not to be relevant or involved |
| All | Deceased | Confirmed dead; may still be relevant |
| All | Duplicate | Duplicate entry in the system |
| All | Unknown | Identity not yet verified |
| All | Removed | Removed from the case record |
| All | Pending Review | Awaiting supervisor or legal review |
| All | Flagged | Flagged for follow-up or special handling |
| Subject | Suspect | Believed to be involved based on preliminary evidence |
| Subject | Person of Interest | Not a suspect, but under consideration |
