Managing Operational Resilience

Starting with GRC version 16.x.x, a new workspace has been introduced for the GRC: Operational Resilience application. You can use Operational Resilience Workspace for managing your resilience tasks and monitoring the resilience metrics from a single dashboard.

Overview of Operational Resilience Workspace

Operational Resilience Workspace provides a single-pane view for an improved User Experience (UX) and a simplified user journey. The highlights of Operational Resilience Workspace are as follows:

  • Configure the resilience tasks by using the interactive forms.
  • Visualize the resilience metrics on the dashboard.
  • Track the risks, controls, and issues from the GRC applications on the related tabs in the Service form.
  • Remediate the incidents, outages, vulnerabilities, and change requests for a business service.

You can view the data visualization components of the resilience metrics on the following pages:

  • Home page: The Home page displays the status of the services and the pillars on the dashboard.
  • Tasks page: The Tasks page displays your individual tasks and your team's tasks on the dashboard.
  • List page: The List page displays the configurable resilience tasks, such as the importance and impact tolerance assessment or a scenario analysis in the list format.

The Home page, Tasks page, and List page are displayed in the following examples.
