Policy Acknowledgement dashboard
The Policy Acknowledgement dashboard gives you the acknowledgement status of the policies. It includes count of policy acknowledgements that have been accepted, declined, pending, past the due date of acknowledgement, exemptions requested, and those that are exempted.
Important: Starting with version 18.1.1 of the Policy and Compliance Management application, the Policy Acknowledgement dashboard is available in the Next Experience UI Framework.

Required ServiceNow AI Platform roles
- Compliance reader (sn_compliance.reader), needed to view the policy acknowledgement widgets.
- Compliance administrator (sn_compliance.admin), needed to edit the dashboard.
Access the Policy Acknowledgement dashboard
To open the dashboard, navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Policy Acknowledgement > Analytics Overview.

| Policy acknowledgement status | Donut chart | Displays the overall status of the policy acknowledgements. |
| Policy acknowledgement status by Policy | Bar chart | Displays the total number of acknowledgements related to each policy. The chart is stacked to display the overall acknowledgement status for each policy. |
| Past due acknowledgements | Bar chart | Displays the total number of past due acknowledgements over a period of time. |
| Pending acknowledgements | Bar chart | Displays the total number of pending acknowledgements related to each policy. |
| Policy Exceptions | List | Displays a list of policy exceptions. |
