Reporting views from Risk Assessment Methodology

The reporting view provides an overview of all completed assessments under a specific Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM). It consolidates assessment data such as factor responses, scores, issues, controls, and associated risks into a single structure.

Overview of the reporting view

Reporting views provide a comprehensive, bird's-eye view of all the assessments performed under a specific Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM). This feature consolidates assessment data into a single view to simplify reporting and analysis. Reporting views are automatically created when you publish a RAM. The assessment data populates only when the risk assessment reaches the Monitor state.

The reporting view enables you to:

• Monitor risk assessments for a specific RAM.
• Access consolidated assessment data in one location.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards.

Accessing reporting view

You can navigate to a published RAM and select Open reporting view to access the consolidated assessment list, which is grouped by risk assessment.

You can expand individual records to review detailed factor responses, scores, and other assessment information.

Note: Automatic creation of Reporting views isn’t supported on Xanadu. For instructions on creating them manually, refer to KB2547071.
