Use the Entity type new record form to create an entity type depending on your business requirement.

| Field | Description |

| Name | Name of the entity type such as Business Processes, Services, or Facilities. |
| Compliance Score Percentage | Compliance score percentage for the entity type as defined in the Policy and Compliance Management application. Auto-populated field. |
| Active | Option to mark the entity type as active. |
| Description | Description for the entity type. |
| Pillar | Category that is used to organize your risk data and that an entity type is assigned to. The available options are as follows:- Services - Process - Suppliers - Technology - Facilities - People |
