| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Short description | Brief name or description for the recovery task. |
| Phase | Phase of the recovery plan this task belongs to \(for example, Preparation, Recovery\). |
| Plan recovery strategy | Strategy to associate the task with a recovery strategy defined on the plan. |
| Plan loss scenario | Scopes the recovery task to a specific loss scenario defined in the plan, such as Loss of Datacenters. Tasks scoped to a loss scenario are surfaced only when the plan is exercised under that scenario type. |
| Tag assets | Option to specify the plan assets that are associated with this task. Available options are: - All - Specific - None |
| Planned duration | Anticipated time to complete the task, entered as Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. |
| Owner | User responsible for completing the task. |
| Assignment group | Group assigned to the task. |
| Additional assignees | Other users who share responsibility for the task. |
| Recovery team | Recovery team associated with the task. |
| All assets from plan | Specifies the asset scope for the recovery task. Defaults to all assets defined in the plan. Update this field to narrow the scope when the task applies only to a subset of the plan's assets. |
