Create New Action item form for events
Use the Create New Action item form in the BCM Configurable Workspace to add action items about a crisis event.

| Number | Auto-assigned number for the action item record, for example, EVNITM0010020. |
| Short description | Short description of the action item. |
| Description | Detailed description of the action item. |
| State | Auto-assigned state of the action item record. |
| Type | Type of the action item to choose from. Available options are:- Task - Assessment |
| Assessment template | Template based on the Smart Assessment Engine. |

| Assignment group | Assignment group that the action item is assigned to. |
| Additional assignee list | Additional assignee list for the action item. |
| Assigned to | User that the action item is assigned to. |

| Actual start | Actual start date and time for the action item. |
| Actual time taken | Actual time taken for the action item in days, hours, minutes, and seconds. |
| Actual end | Actual end date and time for the action item. |
| Due date | Due date for the action item. |
