Install the ServiceNow Document Designer add-in
Install the ServiceNow Document designer add-in to your Microsoft Word document to create audit and CAM report templates and generate report content using the AI Reporting Assistant.
Before you begin
Activate the sn_grc_doc_design plugin.
Role required: sys_admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > ServiceNow Add-Ins for Office > Office Add-In Manifests.
Select ServiceNow Document Designer from the Office Manifests list.
Select Download Manifest.
To enable the add-in, contact your Microsoft 365 account manager who can use the manifest file you downloaded in step 3.
