Set up Legacy assessment template

Create your own questionnaire (assessment) template instead of using the default template in the Operational Resilience application to suit your business needs.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_oper_res.admin

About this task

Create your own questionnaire (assessment) template and request the responses from the assessor. This task is optional.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Operational Resilience > Administration > Assessment Templates.

2. To create an assessment template, click New as shown in the following example.

1. On the Assessment Metric Type form, fill in the fields and click Submit.

   The new assessment template is listed in the Assessment Metric Types list as shown in the following example.
