View all tasks in Field Service Manager Mobile
Manager’s can view all the tasks assigned to assignment groups or territories they manage to get a complete view of the team’s workload.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager
Procedure
Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
Tap Tasks.
Choose from the following
| Selection | Result |
|---|---|
| Tap an item under Tasks by priority | To see the list of tasks that has the priority you selected. |
| Tap an item under Tasks by team | To see all the tasks assigned to that team |
| Tap a task under Tasks in progress | To see one of the tasks currently being worked on, by default five tasks show.Note: Tap See all to see all of the task currently in progress. |
