Accept or reject requests from push notifications
As a Field Service agent, you can accept or reject work order tasks using push notification actions without having to open the ServiceNow Agent mobile app.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_agent
Procedure
Navigate to the push notification received on your mobile device.
Tap the push notification.
Process the request.

| Reject the task notification | Click Reject Note: If you reject the task notification, the task assignment is deleted and the task returns to the Pending Dispatch state. |
