Visitor registration states
The visitor logs display the current state of visitor registrations. These states can be changed to other states.
The different states of a visitor registration are explained as follows.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Planned | This is the initial state of a visitor registration after it is created.This state can be changed to the following states: - Check-in - Cancel - Didn't show up |
| Checked in | The visitor is checked in by the reception staff.This state can be changed to the following states
You can print a visitor badge by selecting Print badge. |
| Checked out | The visitor is checked out by the reception staff. |
| Break checked in | The visitor is checked in by the reception staff after the visitor returned from a break. |
| Break checked out | The visitor is checked out by the reception staff after the visitor went on a break.This state can be updated to the following states - Break check in - Check out |
| Completed | The visitor has completed the visit and checked out. |
| Cancelled | The visitor registration is cancelled. |
| No show | The visitor didn't show up. |
| Disappeared | There is no update about the visitor or has checked out without updating the reception staff. |
