Map a space type with BOMA type
Using Workplace Space Management, map a space type that you created using Workplace Core with a BOMA type.
Before you begin
Ensure the following:
- Space type is configured. To configure a space type, refer to Add a space type configuration.
- BOMA type is configured. To configure a BOMA type, refer to Configure a BOMA type.
Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin and sn_wsd_spcmgmt.manager
Procedure
Navigate to All > Workplace Core > Administration > Space type configuration.
Select the space type that you map with BOMA type.
Open the form in the Space Management view.
Right-click the form header.
Select View > Space Management.
The form view changes.
In the BOMA type field, select the BOMA type with which you want to map the space type.
Click Update.
Result
The space type is mapped with a BOMA type. All the spaces that are assigned to this space type, will be classified with the selected BOMA type.
