Manage Workplace Maintenance Management plans

Manage Workplace Maintenance plans for workplace models (assets) and workplace locations.

Workplace users (sn_wsd-central.workspace_user) can access the Preventive Maintenance tab on Workplace Central.

Role: sn_wsd_maintenance.admin and sn_wsd_maintenance.manager.

1. Create and publish maintenance plans
   Create a maintenance plan for workplace assets and locations. Associate multiple services to different plan records based on the type of workplace maintenance activity.
2. Maintenance plan calendar view
   After publishing a maintenance plan, the plan opens in a calendar view. The calendar view shows the plan details, maintenance items, schedules, plan records, and maintenance cases for a selected plan record.
3. Create or copy a maintenance schedule
   After creating a maintenance plan, define a maintenance schedule for a maintenance plan. Define duration or meter-based schedules for your assets or locations on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
4. Workplace planned maintenance scheduled job
   The scheduled Job Workplace Planned Maintenance Nightly Run runs at the configured time and creates maintenance cases. It also pre-creates maintenance cases when the scheduled duration is less than a day.
5. Create workplace services
   Create Workplace services like catering, office supply, parking, or any other service. Associate this service to a default general request template.
6. Create plan service configuration
   Configure a plan service to associate workplace services and set scheduling conditions for a plan record.
7. Workplace maintenance cases
   The schedule job creates maintenance cases for plan records.
8. Workplace Maintenance Management dashboard and analytics
   The Workplace Maintenance Management dashboard and reporting module provide high-level reporting on maintenance plans, plan records, and cases. Preventive maintenance dashboard provides insights for workplace managers and administrators on all plans, live active plans, plans in draft state, and maintenance cases.
