Create workplace contracts in Workplace Central

As a lease administrator or manager, you can create workplace contracts and also add assets, terms and conditions, contract locations, and documents to a contract.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.

  2. Select Lease Administration.

  3. Click New.

  4. In the Contract Model field, select Lease.

  5. In the Terms and conditions section, specify the legal information in the contract.

  6. On the form, fill in the rest of the fields.

  7. Click Save.

  8. You can submit the contract for review or add contract services, contract locations, assets, terms and condition, or documents to the contract.

    Workplace contract services are the common services offered as part of the lease contract. You can add and track the services along with their associated costs.

  15. Add and build terms and conditions in Workplace Central
    After you create a terms and conditions record, add the record to a lease contract that is in the Awaiting Review, Rejected, or Renewal Rejected substate.
  16. Add documents to a workplace contract in Workplace Central
    Add documents to the workplace contract to maintain all the relevant documents in a single place and maintain different versions of the document.
