Add workplace contract clauses in Core UI

Add workplace contract clauses, including insurance clause, parking clause, warranty clauses to store the lease contract clauses.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Workplace Lease Administration > Workplace Contracts.

  2. Select a contract.

  3. In the Workplace Contract Clauses related list, select New.

  4. On the Workplace Contract Clause form, fill in the fields.

    Clause typeType of clause.
    Workplace contractWorkplace contract reference.
    SilentYes or No
    Clause summaryDescription of the clause.

  5. Select Submit.

Result

The contract clauses are added to the contract.
