Learning overview
Identify, manage, and complete all your learning goals from the Learning tab in Talent Development.
Learning helps you grow in all aspects of your career with courses and trainings specific to your career development plans and is used to do the following:
- View course and training reminders that help you stay on track and complete your assigned learnings and pick up where you left off.
- View learning tasks, your current learning challenges, and your latest achievements to view your development progress and success.
- View recent learning activity such as assigned learnings, saved learnings, learnings that you've shared, and learning history.
Note: Learning also lets you set challenges to help prioritize your career growth. You decide what courses you want to take and when you want to complete them. You can also set the frequency of completion, when you want to start, and track how many courses you want to complete in a given period.
Learnings are tailored to your course and training aspirations. Learning lets you view your learning progress and achievements.

|---|---|
| Finish these learnings before they're due | Shows your overdue courses and trainings so that you can plan to complete them before they're due. |
| Learning tasks | Shows your learning tasks that are in progress and assigned and displays the progress in the last 30 days. |
| Your current challenge | Shows you the challenges that you've started, the amount of days left before the challenges start, and also lets you discover new things to learn. |
| Latest achievement | Latest achievement shows you all your earned achievements based on your learning progress. |
| Continue where you left off | Shows you the courses or trainings that you started but never finished, and gives you the chance to continue where you left off. |
| Recent activity | Shows your assigned, saved, shared courses and trainings, and also shows your learning history. |
| Trending now | Shows you courses, paths, or collections that are trending now so that you can discover new things to learn. |
| Track your learning | Shows your assigned, saved, shared with, history, challenges, and completed courses. |
| Achievements | Shows your Learning achievements. When you learn something new and complete a course, you can earn achievements and see them on the Learning tab. |
