Administrators create interests that employees and managers use to create career growth plans.
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | When selected, the aspiration interest is available to be used in a conversation. |
| Description | More detailed information about the aspiration interest. Detailed information can help managers and employees decide if they want to use this activity. |
| Name | A name of the aspiration interest that's visible in the user interface (UI). |
| Order | A numeric value used to determine the display order of aspiration interest. |
| Related skills | Select from the list of skills that are related to your aspiration. |
| Resource link | Links to additional resources that may help to fulfill the aspiration. |
| Title | A descriptive name for the interest that helps you determine if this interest is appropriate for your aspiration. |
| Topic | Learning topics that are available in your organization. |
