Define the capacity of workplace areas

Set the capacity for areas of your workplace in Workplace Core to enable reservations for the area. The capacity ensures a limit to the workplace reservations for these areas so you can ensure safety guidelines.

Before you begin

• Add your workplace data.
• Ensure you have the details of the maximum capacity for the areas of your workplace.

Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_manager

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Workplace Safety Management > Space Administration > Areas.

2. Open an area to which you want to add the capacity.

3. On the Area form, enter a value for the Capacity field.

   For example, if this area can accommodate only 8 people safely according to physical distancing guidelines, set the value to 8.

4. Select Update.
