Review your vaccine responses

If you would like to review your recently reported COVID-19 vaccinations or add an attachment to a record, access your previous vaccine responses.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_imt_core.privacy_consent_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Vaccination Status > My vaccinations.

2. Select the vaccine response that you would like to add an attachment to or review.

3. Modify the record by adding an attachment or review the record.

   • If you are adding an attachment, such as proof of vaccination, add the attachment and then click Update.

     Note: For information on managing attachments, see Manage attachments.

   • If you are reviewing the record, review the record and click Back to return to the list of vaccine responses.
