Use the integration of generative AI with Health and Safety Incident Management to summarize incident patterns.

The generative AI skills can be used with Health and Safety Incident Management when com.snc.sn_hs_gen_ai plugin is installed.

  Generate a summary from the fields that you selected on the safety incident and quickly understand the incident context by using the Health and Safety incident summarization skill in the Now Assist for Health and Safety application.
• Incident pattern analysis
  The incident pattern analysis tool automatically detects recurring patterns across health and safety incidents.
• Conversational AI Health and Safety incident or observation report
  Use the Now Assist panel conversational interface to report Health and Safety incidents and observations that enables you to engage with live agents, virtual agents, or both.
• Generate and manage AI‑suggested safety actions in Action planner
  Generate AI-suggested safety actions in Action planner to quickly identify and create corrective measures for Health and Safety records.
