Add mentor preferences
As a mentor, add your preferences to help mentees find out if you're the right match for them
Before you begin
Enroll as a mentee. For more information, see Enroll as a mentor or mentee
Role required: none
Procedure
On the mentor preferences wizard, answer the required questions.
Select Next.
On the What are you looking for from your mentor? question, set preferences that will help you match with the right mentor.
Note: Select at least one preference.

| What topics of interest would you like to focus on with your mentor? | Options available are:- Developing Career Path - Leadership Development - Problem Solving - Harnessing Feedback - Decision Making - Networking |
| What communities would you like your mentor to be involved in? | Options available are:- Women in the workspace - BIPOC employee resource group - LGBTQ+ employee resource group - Veterans - Working Parents - Career Beginners |
Select Next.
On the What are some of your other mentor preferences question, add or remove options as per your choice.
Other preferences Which timezones work best for you? Which locations work best for you? What languages do you communicate in? How many mentees are you willing to take on at a time. Select Enroll.
Note: You can also save your preferences by select Save as draft, if you are not ready to enroll as a mentee yet.
