Configure a Lifecycle Events trigger for activity sets

Create triggers for activity sets in Lifecycle Events.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Lifecycle Events > Manage Lifecycle Events.

2. Select the lifecycle event you want to change.

3. Select the Activity Sets tab.

4. Select the Edit Activity Set icon for the activity set to add the trigger to.

5. Select a Trigger type.

6. Select Update.

   Administrators can configure activity set triggers to make activities in an activity set available.

   Ensure that the activity sets you have defined for Lifecycle Events progress seamlessly through completion when they meet the conditions to be triggered for a Lifecycle Events case.
