Cancel a wet signature process for non-disclosure agreement legal requests

As a legal user, cancel the wet signature process for contract documents in NDA legal requests that have been sent to signatories.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_user and sn_lg_ops.legal_user

About this task

The state of the contract request should be Awaiting signature.

Procedure

  1. Open a legal request.

  1. Navigate to All > Employee Center
  2. Select My Requests in the header menu.
  3. Open the non-disclosure agreement request.
Legal Service Portal
  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal
  2. Select My Requests in the header menu.
  3. Select View all requests.
  4. Open the non-disclosure agreement request.

  1. On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Cancel signature.

  2. On the confirmation window, select Cancel signature.

Result

The contract status updates to Signature cancelled, and a notification email is sent to all signatories.
