Submit legal request or matter
As a legal requestor matterfulfiller, submit a legal request or matterfrom within the Microsoft Outlook.
Before you begin
Ensure you have installed and deployed Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery. For more information, see Configure Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery
Role required: sn_lg_ops.request_fulfiller or sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller
Procedure
Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

Submit a legal request.
Select an email for which you want to submit a legal request.
Select New.
In the pop-up, select the legal request category.
To see the legal request categories, enable the respective intake forms for the Outlook add-in. For more information, see Enable intake forms for Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery
Select Create.
Legal request intake form will be displayed.
Enter the details in the intake form.
To attach documents, select Add attachments icon (
Add attachments icon\)
For legal matter, select the artifact from the Artifact section and then select Add attachments icon \(

Select Submit.
A legal request is created in the New state.
Select View details to view the submitted legal request.
To view the legal request or matters in the ServiceNow instance, select Open the request in workspace icon (
Open the request in workspace icon\).
