As a legal request fulfiller, sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.
Before you begin
Ensure you have installed and configured Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery. For more information, see Configure Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery
Role required: sn_lg_ops.request_fulfiller or sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller
Procedure
- Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery using any of the two methods.

| Microsoft Outlook client | 1. Open the Microsoft Outlook client. 2. Select any email. 3. On the Microsoft Outlook ribbon, select ServiceNow for Legal icon. |
| Outlook Web App | 1. Sign in to Microsoft Outlook from the browser. 2. Select any email. 3. From the header of the email, select the apps icon \( Image omitted: lsd-outlook-addin-apps-icon.png 4. Select ServiceNow for Legal icon.Apps icon\). |
Enter credentials as legal request fulfiller.
Select Log in.
Result
You are logged in and the Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery add-in lists the legal requests or matters you have access to.
