Manage attachments from Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery

As a legal request fulfiller, add or delete documents in the legal request and matters from Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

Before you begin

Ensure you have installed and configured Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery. For more information, see Configure Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery

Role required: sn_lg_ops.request_fulfiller or sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

  2. Add attachment to the legal request

    1. In the search box enter at least two characters to search by Number, Short description, and Requested for

    2. Select the legal request or matter.

      Legal request or matterdetails are displayed.

    3. Select Add attachments icon (

    For legal matter, select the artifact from the Artifact section and then select Add attachments icon \(

Add file from the system
  1. Select Choose a file.
  2. Select the document.
  3. Select Open
Drag and drop file from the email1. Select the document from the attachment. 2. Drag and drop the file into the add attachment pop-up.
  1. Delete attachment from the legal request

    1. In the search box enter at least two characters to search by Number, Short description, and Requested for

    2. Select the legal request or matter.

      Legal request or matterdetails are displayed.

    3. Select Delete icon

4.  Select **Ok** on the confirmation screen.

    The document is deleted from the legal request.
