Accept incoming legal request

As a legal fulfiller, accept or reject to an incoming legal request assignment from the Legal Counsel Center Inbox.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.

  2. Select the Inbox icon (

  1. Select Available from Status to indicate that you are available.

  2. When a legal request assignment comes through the chat queue, accept or reject the Accept.

Accept assignmentSelect Accept.Note: The legal request will be assigned to you.
Reject assignmentSelect Reject.Note: The legal request will be assigned to next agent available according to the availability, capacity and skills.
