Manage involved parties in a legal request or legal matter

Add a new involved party or modify the information of an existing involved party in a legal request or legal matter related to a complaint.

Role required: sn_lg_investigate.fulfiller

About this task

Involved parties are individuals who are directly or indirectly connected to a complaint, such as complainants, witnesses, the subjects of allegations, and other relevant individuals. These individuals can be from within or outside the organization.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.

2. Open a legal request or legal matter assigned to you in which you want to manage the involved parties.

3. In the Involved Parties tab, add or modify an involved party.

   • To add an involved party, click New.
   • To modify an existing an involved party, open an involved party from the list.
   • On the form, fill in the fields.

4. Click Save.
