Send a reminder to custodians for acknowledgment
Send a reminder to custodians for them to acknowledge their role in ensuring that the data related to the legal hold is preserved.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_lg_hold.legal_hold_fulfiller
Procedure
Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
Select the List icon (

In the Default lists tab, navigate to Matters > All
Select the legal hold matter for which the reminder must be sent.
Select the Tasks tab.
Select the task, which must be in the Assigned state.
Select Send reminder.
On the Send reminder pop-up window, select Send.
Result
A reminder email is sent to the custodian.
The message Reminder notice is sent appears in the Activity section.
