Skill sensing for learning content

Skill sensing is an automated approach to identify and extract skills from the title and description of a course so that the admin can associate the skills to a course.

Plugin requirement: Now Assist for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) plugin (sn_hr_gen_ai), Learning core plugin (sn_learning_core), and Skills foundation plugin (sn_skills_int).

You can add skills to the learning courses using skill sensing in two ways:

• Add skills at the individual course level. For more information, see Add skills to a course with skill sensing.

• Add multiple skills automatically using the skill sensing configuration or you can review the skills manually. For more information, see Configuration for bulk skill sensing and Add or discard multiple skills with skill sensing.

• Add skills to a course with skill sensing
  Add skills to a course manually using the Large Language Model (LLM) skills recommendations based on the title and description of the course.

• Configuration for bulk skill sensing
  Define conditions to create a sub set of learning courses on which you can run the scheduled job enabling you to accept multiple recommended skills.
• Add or discard multiple skills with skill sensing
  Review and approve the Large Language Model (LLM) recommended skills before tagging​ them to the learning courses.
