Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lc.learning_course_catalog_admin

Create a course catalog. For more information, see Create a course catalog.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Learning > Administration > Course Catalog.

  2. Open the course catalog that you want to define user access for.

  3. On the Can Read tab, click Edit.

  4. Add users who should have access to the course catalog.

  5. On the Cannot Read tab, click Edit.

  6. Add users who should not have access to the course catalog.

Note: If a user is present in both Can Read and Cannot Read related lists, the Cannot Read takes precedence and the user is restricted from read access to that course catalog.

  7. On the Can Contribute tab, click Edit.

  8. Add users who can contribute to the course catalog.

  9. On the Cannot Contribute tab, click Edit.

  10. Add users who cannot contribute to the course catalog.
