Journey designer plan configuration approvers
Plan configuration approvers review and approve plan configurations.
ServiceNow administrators assign plan configuration approvers for different plan configurations. Approvers are assigned by ServiceNow administrators. Approvers are subject matter experts (SME) with specialized skills related to plan configurations. When an owner publishes updates to a plan configuration an approval task is created for any approvers.
