Configuring Interview Management

Install and configure Interview management to get started with your interview scheduling and management journey.

• Install Interview management
  You can install the Interview management application (sn_ta_int_mgmt) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Create interview invite email template
  Create interview invite email templates to enable recruiters to select them when scheduling interviews.
• Configuring interview health tracker alerts
  The interview health tracker alerts are driven by the Needs-attention framework. This framework monitors interview records, detects situations that need recruiter attention, and surfaces them as alerts. Configure the framework to control which records it evaluates, what conditions it watches for, and how often it runs.
