Using Leader Hub

Use the Leader Hub app to access pertinent data about the talent in your organization so you can enhance employee engagement, adapt to changing circumstances, and make data-driven decisions that steer your organization toward success.

  • View north-star and drill-down metrics
    View the north-star and drill-down metrics that appear in the Growth engagement widget. Use this data to gauge the level of employee engagement with the growth tools provided in the Talent Development suite of applications.
  • View team details
    Gain visibility into the skills and talent composition of each team in your organization. Use this data to determine the strengths and deficiencies of each team so you can drive changes that steer your employees toward success.
  • Use the View menu icon in Leader Hub

View menu icon\) to view the career profile of an employee, schedule or create a conversation, or send emails.
  • View skill details
    View skills relevant to your organization and metrics that you can use to identify critical skill gaps. This data can be used to hold managers responsible for developing talent within their teams.
  • View organizations you support
    View your designated leader's organization so you can provide support in the capacity required for the organization to succeed. Supporters to whom the leader has delegated tasks and responsibilities can access Leader Hub to provide support accordingly.
  • Use the Employee Summary Virtual Agent topic in Leader Hub
    Activate and use the Employee Summary Virtual Agent topic to access employee contribution summaries, view consolidated profiles, and track employee progress.
