Synchronize workday learning users

Pull user profile data from Workday Learning into ServiceNow. View user profile details from Workday in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lrn_workday.admin

Procedure

  1. Open Run Trigger Workday Learning Integration.

  2. Navigate to Flow Designer > Designer.

  3. Click Activate.

    This flow in turn triggers the subflows to automate tasks. To customize the sample flow, copy it to the required application scope.
