The following details are displayed in the Skills Summary section on the Skills page:

• All skills

  Helps you understand the total number of skills in your team along with the split of total required skills for the team members and the total additional skills of the team members.

• Top Strengths

  Highlights the strong skills in your team and provides the details of the team members who posses those strong skills.

  Selecting the View all option provides granular details such as the proficiency levels of the individuals for the strong skills. Managers can also get an understanding of the members who are exceeding the expectations and of those who are meeting expectations for the strong skills.

• Areas for growth

  Helps you to understand the skills in the team that need attention along with the details of team members who might need upskilling.

  Selecting the View all option provides granular details such as the proficiency levels of the individuals for these skills.

**Note:** Employees must add proficiency levels to their skills. This data helps to compute top strengths and areas of growth.
