Skill details of an employee
Get a deeper understanding of skill details of an employee, proficiency levels, and gaps.
On an employee card, when you select

View menu and select the **View skills** option, the Skill details page appears. In this page, you can:

- View the skills possessed by an employee and proficiency levels of each skill.
- Filter skills by validated versus unvalidated skills.
- Sort skills by name or skill gap (High to Low) or (Low to High).
- Assign a learning course to the employee when the proficiency level of a skill is low. Select

View menu and select **Assign learning**. Only the courses related to that skill are displayed for selection.

- Select a skill to view the skill activities fly-out. The skill activities fly-out allows you to review activities such as courses, aspirations and growth plans that contribute to skill proficiency.
