Set up a scheduled job for talent profile generation
Customize the frequency of the scheduled job to get an uninterrupted flow of new talent profiles.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.admin/ sn_ta_tp.talent_profile_admin
About this task
The Generate Talent Profiles scheduled job is run daily by default, once you have created a Talent Definition. Update the execution frequency of the scheduled job or run it manually to add more talent profiles.
Procedure
Navigate to All > System Definition > Scheduled Jobs > Generate Talent Profiles.
Change the value of the Run field to your preferred option from the default option Daily.
The available options are:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Periodically
- Once
- On Demand
- Business Calendar: Entry Start
- Business Calendar: Entry End
Save your changes by either saving or updating the scheduled job.
To save your changes and stay on the page, select and hold (or right-click) to select Save.
- To save your changes and leave the page, select Update.
- Select Execute Now.
