Configure Manager Hub

Configure Manager Hub by setting up data suitable to the needs of people managers in your organization.

  • RCA approvals for Manager Hub
    After you install Manager Hub, you might encounter Restricted Caller Access (RCA) approval messages requesting for an update in the access request.
  • Activate a scheduled job
    Activate and run the Add Manager Hub user role scheduled job to assign the Manager Hub user role to new people managers. When the scheduled job runs, it considers delta changes and assigns the Manager Hub user role to new managers only.
  • Configure important dates
    Configure important dates, such as employee leaves, employee birthdays, or anniversaries, that you want to display on the Upcoming team events widget in Manager Hub.
  • Configure team requests
    Configure the type of team requests that you want to display on the Requests opened by your team widget in Manager Hub.
  • Configure team data
    Configure team data that you want to display on employee cards and modal in the Team members tab in Your team menu. Team data configurations are required to support column configurations and filter configurations.
  • Configure team column data
    Configure column titles that you want to display on the Team members tab in Your team menu. For example, configure a column title to denote the current status of an employee such as new hire, or on leave.
  • Configure team filters
    Configure team filters that you want to display on the Team members tab in Your team menu. For example, a team filter can be Employee Type, which in turn contains other filters such as position and location type.
  • Set up View as Direct Reports
    Set up View as Direct reports to help managers guide their team members by viewing articles as seen by their direct reports on the Manager Hub.
  • Configure daily stats
    Configure daily stats records that you want to display on the Manager Hub. Daily stats can be information related to employee PTO, employee location, and so on.
  • Configure to do mappings
    Create additional conditions or mappings to display managerial tasks and requests.
  • Configure widgets
    Configure the widgets in the Manager Hub and Team Insights pages as per your business requirements.
