Customizing HR benchmarks
Choose HR KPIs based on your business requirements.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer
Note: The HR benchmarks feature is available by default when the Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core] and Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events [com.sn_hr_lifecycle_events] plugins are installed.
Procedure
Navigate to All > Benchmarks > Administration > Setup.
Select Human Resource to view the list of HR Benchmarks KPIs.
Select KPIs that you need for your organization.
- To opt out from using a KPI, select Opt out.
- To modify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) formula according to your requirement and analysis criteria, select Modify.
